Stars of Effort

Somewhat like Badspot has in his block party
"Stars of Effort" can be issued by super admins and host
Stars of Effort would show up in a clan tag (prefix prefered) like [#]NameHere
This would help show people in the server who the regulars are, as well as who puts forth effort.
The client recieving the star should recieve a chat message saying so.
BASICALLY
-----------------
- /givestar NameHere
- Client recieves message "You have obtained a Star of Effort."
- Client's Prefix is now [1]
- proves to everyone is the server that the player has contributed, and is a trustable person.

Shouldn't be too hard to make, and i could do a favor for you as well, depending. (You being the person that decides to create this, as my scripting skills are extremely mediocre)
