What makes you think that minor updates don't imply active development?
Lets be real. It has been over two years since you've updated your service with a 'major update'. That is a little longer than 9 months. Hows your new panel doing, still five months overdue?

You'll have to forgive him for not fully comprehending what's involved in managing a project the size of RTB. His experience starts and ends with various small time projects like clock bricks.

The 4 things were tiny changes.
1) This is bug-fixing and not new content.
2) Bug-fixing caused by an update that broke server information and something else (it took 2 months for this to get fixed)
3) New content, but not very big
4) Fixing programming error under 10 characters
