What GUI edits are there?

or you could use custom ui (incompatible with some mods, makes gui take longer to create)

the only other real option really would be a custom launcher if you know how to do that

that's true but that's not generally what's referred to in this context

It's also a giant ammount of work, but if you have a great design (for example fluffy's guis) it can be really worth it
