[PLAYER] Custom Hat Gui - Client + Server add-on

I want a way to make custom hats and download them from the server.
Basically clients who have the add-on can wear them, anyone who doesn't, well, I think there is a way to download a GUI to a player who doesn't have it.

That is true, you could only upload a hat to a server when you start it up; like an add-on.

You can't "upload" it at all.
The hat must be an add-on that is placed in the server's add-ons folder and enabled when starting the server.

You would need to give all players a client-sided add-on that connects to a webserver and mass downloads decals, yes, then it is possible
