Wow is it my graphics card or update?

If your draw distance is really short, or if you just set your shadow setting to high it'll look sharer

I know but this is on Max and it has all ways got bumps in it but not it's really sharp

A lower drawing distance always increases quality, even on Max.

That is a nice shadow, If there's one two things I hate about dynamic shadows apart from the lack of maps is how dreadful the player shadows are now.
