if i'm being honest the first video wasn't very good
i'd suggest improving it in these ways:
get better hardware or lower the settings down on the game, the gameplay was quite choppy
do some commentary or use mics with each other or something, not many people watch gameplay videos for the game; more for the people playing the game
when editing use a 16:9 ratio for exporting
don't put a picture of something over the video completely, it's sort of annoying and in an annoying place, i'd suggest using an annotation for the logo on the gameplay as that can work as a link to the channel as well as having the option to turn it off
