Some add-ons aren't working

I'm having problems with some add-ons not showing in the game. For instance, i have the Ai_Mutalid checked in the add-on select menu, but i cant get anything from it to show in-game. I have this same problem with bot events, and a little bit with the set print event add-on. does anyone know how to fix these

This happened to me with the default Magic Carpet, but one day it randomly started working again.

I think i figured out what happened. Whenever I load a game, It says that I have too many datablocks loaded and that some mods haven't loaded. I have tried unchecking all of the playertypes I don't want, but it still says i have too many. can anybody tell what i have to uncheck? (i have no idea if this is correct)
