Can't change Profile Pic

Hi, I am not a noob. I have just not used my forum account for SUCH A LONG TIME. I want to change my profile pic. So, I click on profile, and then forum profile information. I press choose file, select it, and then upload. Once I do this, it doesn't do anything. Please help. Is there a certain size you have to use? My file format is .jpg

Ok, I figured it out. For future reference it is  75x75 pixels
