Adding on to what Fancy said, what they say the target demographic is is different than what it actually is. Anyway, here's a good quote I heard that just about sums it all up: "Good has no demographic." - I can't remember who said that, dangit... :/

Also (although you may not be able to tell without watching the show), this is probably the least girly "cartoon for girls" in existance.
