So after about 5 months of learning how to port forward this happened.

After looking over your internet test results, your internet isn't the problem. You have decent internet.
Did you try hosting a server with only default add-ons on and see if anything changes?

Just click the default add-ons button when choosing what add-ons to use for your server, you don't have to delete your add-ons.
