So after about 5 months of learning how to port forward this happened.

Well me and WALDO did a whole lot of testing the results are...
My internet is just very unstable and has problems keeping connection with others.
While doing this i also lost connection to both RTB and Teamviewer.
Seeing as we tried almost everything i really don't feel like trying even more things i am tired of trying to solve it and these results are gonna have to do.
So for now i guess i gotta wait a couple years and get a good provider and not to many devices connected to my router.
Thanks for everyone who decided to lend a helping hand.
If anybody has any ideas of what to do you can post them.
