My profile picture isn't changing

Anything 75x75 and below resolution doesn't change my avatar.

Whats going on? They are png format pictures but I randomly selected a picture in my gallery and it works.

its a client sided issue, clear your cache or wait for it to update
the image is changing, your browser just hasn't updated it yet
