0 Latency and High Lag?!

I got a weird problem that's been persisting for a while now. I was monitering my latency on a server i was on, which is generally 60-80, pretty normal i think, then all of a sudden like every so often like 5 minutes or so it'll drop to zero and then start lagging alot. Any idea what this is about? Cause it's really disrupting my gameplay and It drives me up a wall in servers like Pecon's.
Let me know if you need any more info than this.

When Blockland says your latency is 0, it is in fact so high that it doesn't display correctly.

How many servers do you encounter this problem in? Also did you get any recent client-sided add-ons?

i have a ton of client sided addons, as for the number of servers, i find it depends on the number of bricks + Players which determines how bad the lag will get
