Datablocks freezing

When people join my server, their datablocks freeze- I've tried asking them if their console shows any errors, but they NEVER respond or give me any useful information. It works if they keep rejoining but even when I tell them it does they still leave. I've tried hosting a vanilla server, too- it still does this. Now, they can connect just fine, it's not my internet. I've also tried clearing my cache file, same stuff.
So what the hell is going on?

Can you post your console.log file below? Also try to get a friend to post their's console.log file when joining your server as well.

Setro:

This happens sometimes.
An add-on or more is conflicting the loading.
Either it's incompatible, has an error, or something else.
