Building Windows-- Suggestions On How To Improve

I was building a TDM map, and everything was going great until I started on the windows to Red base.

Im not really sure what to think about this, but I was going for a sort of armored/braced look as this basically is a military setup I was building.

Post suggestions/ways to improve on this ... general building advice is also welcome.

I put yellow bricks behind it so its easier to see the actual transparent parts ...
