the video may be 18 minutes long, but the woman was a loving idiot.
if you don't know what's happening, the woman got pulled over, officer found out she had no license and said he'd let her off with it then said he'd just give her a ticket. she then sped off while he was walking back to his car.
She also had 3-4 kids in the van.
