besides there's gotta be a reason why museums chronicle the history of weaponry and such

I've heard that some soldiers are bronies because it helps them cope with PTSD. Not so sure about the validity of these claims.

that's because they're a form of technology, and mechanically, pretty cool
but "defiling" them is not an issue, any more than it would be to put an MLP case on a phone or an MLP sticker on a laptop
