i wanted to create a server where people are able to have the freedom to use air vehicles, and able to stray outside the map (not like there is anything out there except deadly water lol) but the thing is that they will be able to bypass this deadly water if they get a brick down to build, so i wanted there to be a script where people are only allowed to build on public bricks. exception to admins, of course. :)
