Loading freezes while downloading files

When I join a server sometimes, while downloading the files for the server before I get into loading datablocks, the loading stops suddenly, and I have to reconnect to continue loading.

Is this an issue that my internet speed is causing? It's probably it, but I'm not too sure either.

I'm experiencing this as well.

I get this too, it sometimes freezes again even after I've reconnected. It stops at random times and is really annoying.
