Several miles of running with push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups daily

Once I build my desired amount of muscle with weight training(since it's a lot faster) I plan to maintain it with a high cardio/calisthenic workout so I can keep lean and muscular without raping my joints over the years.

I 'burn' all my fat sitting in this chair moving a mouse and pressing buttons

As a muscly related thingimabob, how many push-ups can you guys do in one go?
My highest so far was 64 today, and that was after some gym so hopefully I can up that once I'm rested.

I had upper body yesterday so its not worth trying

Can't really compare between others in things like "how much do you bench" "how many pullups do you do" "how many situps can you do" as everyone has different form. What's really important is how strict your form is. Like I can only prob do 25-30 pushups of really strict form with slow movement and a hold at the bottom. I might be able to do 100 slamming them out at half range of motion with my back bent. I can do a little over 20 pullups strict form with legs crossed, I could prob do 35 kipling pullups where I flail my feet to get up. The main thing to remember is you're going to get faster muscle growth doing the 20 reps perfect form than 200 reps half assed.

143 if you count the bad ones I had to redo

Well, I recently started doing 60 pushups and 60 crunches every night. I'll do them alternating between 20 crunches and 20 pushups.

i can deadlift 200 pounds max, but I am comfortable at 160
bench 80 ( :( )

i work at a farm and we do a lot of manual labor stuff so its pretty good workout
