I need help actually getting fit if anyone is willing to help.
I'm 14, unemployed, don't go to the gym, only equipment I have access to is an exercise bike at my dad's which I visit every second weekend (this weekend). Last I checked (around Christmas time last year) I weighed 55kg. The only exercise of any kind I do is in my P.E. classes at school which is 1.5 hours a week.
What kind of exercises can I do that don't require me to go the gym or own equipment but can still assist in getting fit and eventually abs?

Oh and I have a fairly fast metabolism.

Interval training works too if he wants to burn fat, you also continue to burn calories after the workout. Although it's harder you have to run less than just jogging.

I lost the layer of fat over my stomach by doing this, it wasn't really a gut but still fatty.

calisthenicts is what you're looking for. I'd really recommend asking your parents to pay for a gym membership though. If that wont happen try to get a door pull-up bar.

I'm sure someone here can get you a good body weight routine.

squat 100kg yesterday yay 160kg deadlift yay

If he's looking to build muscle there isn't much he can do with his own body weight to lift :l

Crunches are the only thing that look like they give muscle definition without weights to me.

pull ups, chin ups, dips, push-ups, sit-ups, wall hanging.

legitimate question here

I've been doing a ton of chest exercises lately, not really anything more than a ton of presses and the sort, but they aren't doing anything major, been doing so for a good two weeks.

any tips on better ways to do them besides presses, they tear my muscles up and i dont see nearly any improvement

he said he's looking to get fit

regardless, you can build enough muscle with body weight exercises to make them worth doing (he already said he doesn't have access to equipment)

flyes and dips are good
Are you eating enough?
2 weeks isn't really long enough to develop big/strong chest muscles

working out is a lifestyle, you're not gonna get an ass on your chest after 2 weeks
