Is there a site that uploads a file every 5 minutes?

Hey, I was wondering if there's a site that can re-upload the same file from a computer and post it on the internet.

Update a file inside the dropbox folder and it automatically updates on their site, with the same link and everything. Pretty cool.

Google drive also does this, as well as Box Sync, Microsoft Skydrive, Ubuntu One, and Jolicloud.

hes not asking where and how to host a file, then manually post a link to it somewhere lol

...That's pretty much what a cloud service does. It searches for changes in files, updates them and the changes at the same link they were first shared at. OP is wording it very weirdly though.
