But I believe this exact incident with giving mod after being muted and then claiming hacks has been a repeated incident now. I've heard this at least three times in the past few days. I wonder if they have a complete plan set out on how mess with random people in the server. lol

It is relevant, considering you said brian abused and I recall someone saying he should be de-admined for it. That is such a weak arguement, thats like me saying I take offence to the horrible carpet in my living room, therefore its harmful to me. Everybody will find something offensive, its harmfulness however is based solely on opinion.

It's not a weak argument, it's the truth, it is harmful. There's a difference between something being a joke and one person being the one that doesn't get it, than it being solely for a few people's amusement at the cost of another's amusement, especially when a large majority I can safely say wouldn't come back happy.

And yes it is abuse, he is supposed to be moderating the server with these powers and keeping everything fun for everyone, he instead got another player angry by taking these powers and instead started "playing" with him as you called it.

Except it wasn't two days, and you weren't forcekilled. You were temporarily unable to speak and you couldn't be on the server for a measly 60 seconds.
