why would you ever need 100 avatars, much less a system to keep track of all of them
phase out old ones and cycle in new ones, there's no point in keeping something past it's lifetime unless it's sentimental. maybe your first avatar, a few anniversary avatars, an RP avatar, your current avatar, and a 'don't want to be recognized in a DM' avatar
the reason you're not getting any recognition is because people can't recognize you for something they don't actually use

Just because something doesn't happen to be useful to you doesn't mean you should try to dismiss it as useless to everyone. I don't host a DM server, therefore Tier+Tactical is clearly of no use to anyone!

that's not the point he's getting at.
he's saying that your mod generally lacks any real practical usage and is thus unpopular.
