To add, otherwise you'll start with no money, and you'll have to start making money by getting paid during ticks, cut in the Industrial Acre's forest, or mine in the underground tunnel.
Also a heads up, I highly suggest not cutting the trees that are in the city limits, they're illegal to cut (This excludes the trees near the Laborer hut).

How to you get 6 stars for "accidentally" chopping down those trees?
I did this once and only got a few demerits lol
