GTA IV invisible ground

Okay, so on my Intel HD Graphics Family video card, as well as what I think is an i7 processor, whenever I try to play GTA IV multiple textures turn invisible, including the ground mostly. It's very strange too, because when I try to drive Roman to the first destination, the game runs very smoothly

i guess it was good for me to have uninstalled it to save space
