The research on the Atsinian vessels had lead to many breakthroughs in naval technology. These ships will be on standby to be used by active Belsnian navy. The ships are being leased by Belsnia and will be paid for and returned when Atsina becomes independent.

Titania, we demand that you break the blockade or suffer severe consequence.

Officials completely annex Siberia and begin very slowly annexing Alaska.

Miko I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to stop you there.  We have to leave room for any late joiners.

And fuggit, the same goes for you, Plethora.

Yaslovakian citizens on the land they are calling "Yaslovakia Americas" begin to make a tiny village of a couple log cabins, still using resources from the land and off the ship.

Yaslovakia demands that Titania removes the blockade to let their ships through.

Slevokxia sends supplies to Yaslovakia America.

I claim the Caribbean Islands.

And fuggit, the same goes for you, Plethora.
And the same should go for you Mr. Claim the flippin rest of blasted Africa.

>:(
I had plans for the Middle East and had already stated my intentions. Mind if I finish that before you put the kibosh on my plans?

Also, the AC sends ships the long way around Africa and takes the Azores. That's like taking a couple of dots Blazer, and other than potentially some of the Middle East, I guess they'll be some of the last dots I take. It'll also be the closest I plan to come to the blasted Americas. Unless i can take Canada someday. I wouldn't mind owning Canada.

Since Gibraltar is blockaded, and the AC doesn't own Suez (and I'm presuming that there is a cbrown town at Suez), the AC raises its fee of passage to pass from the Red Sea to the Arabian Gulf. The raise does not affect nations allied with the AC, and Tbilisi Pact nations are naturally exempt from any fee of passage. Capitalism meets politics :).

Note that there is only a 2.5% increase, it should still be worthwhile to continue non-Mediterranean trade for any nation. The AC nonetheless favors the immediate removal of the naval blockade at Gibraltar.

Existing AC naval shipyards are upgraded, and more are built. Ship output raises by an estimated 4.3%.

It isn't perfect. So if I have in any way misrepresented the borders of your nation, I encourage you to fix them yourself. I had to guess a bit in some cases, like the Southern border of African Claims and much of the Tsardom-Unclaimed border. I haven't included any Americas claims because they have not been mapped by those claiming yet.
You may have to zoom in a tad to read the nation names if your eyesight isn't 60/20.
Here it is.
Also: Curse you nations with the thousand tiny Islands. Curse you.
