I'm a junior now and all I can say is that freshman year will suck more than any other year, and if you forget up at all during your freshman year it will follow you to your grave. But you do get the chance to make a lot of new friends, except with upperclassmen-- every upperclassman will automatically hate you by default

I was friends with atleast 20 upperclassmen when I was a freshman

Dude I have had no problems making friends with upper classmen

My freshmen year I didnt really have upperclassmen friends but this year I had a ton. I was the only sophmore in an all senior class so I became friends with a ton of them. I dont know many up and coming Seniors and I hate their class anyways. Im also friends with many underclassmen

It is kind of ironic coming from me because I'm friends with many lowerclassmen and upperclassmen, but I was more joking than being serious :p

not really friends with upperclassmen
mostly just wrestler upperclassmen because if you're on a team it's usually a given
and for lowerclassmen i have a few that look up to me sort of :D

The whole freshman thing is just a myth. You'll do fine, high-school isn't as bad is the movies make it out to be. Just don't act like a total jerk and you shouldn't have any troubles.

i'm gonna be a freshman next year too but i already know a stuffton of seniors
+ my brother who graduated this year is pretty well known there and people will recognize me
