AFK kicker is broken!

I have been hosting my Throw Mod server and every time someone spawns they
get kicked right away. this has been happening to me forquite a while now
and i don't know how to fix it. And I deleted i t a long time ago and it still
has been happening. can someone help me please?

Doesn't your's say "CONSOLE has kicked [whoever] for being afk for [time]"
