RTB prefs are forgeted up

Half of the prefs that are supposed to show, are showing up.
Its been happening since v21 and idk how to fix it.
It really annoys me and i cant change anything about my add-ons anymore, except for some add-ons which are listed on there.

im pretty sure rtb was meant to be functional so i dont see how the prefs that are supposed to show showing up is a problem

i dont see how this would not let you change it so im no help to you

noedit: perhaps you should make a server only once during a playtime as if you happen to stop your server and start it up again it may screw things up
