i got gta 4 on steam
there seems to be a red sky bug in the latest version of iCEnhancer

All versions have a red sky bug unfortunately.
One has a red sky bug "fix" which basically sets the sky to the original, but I am not sure if the fix is compatible.
iCEnhancer 2.1 is the latest one.
2.5 is supposed to be released sooner or later, though.
