| SWAT One:
The Torque 3D license does require you to send them a cut, I believe. It's interesting, since it's both its own engine, and technically the Garage Games logo needs to be displayed by the same agreement. It's in the files, but just not displayed. |

Why not instead, buy a key. I'm fairly sure any royalties he paid for the license is now gone seeing as Torque went open source, thus explaining why he does sales more willingly now. Buy a key, that way he makes money and you get something in return. |
