BL won't stop crashing

I've downloaded both Mac versions many times and both won't let me load the game. I got the demo earlier today and entered my 3 year old key. I wanted the game to be in fullscreen mode so i pressed Apply and the window disappeared completely. I then tried running it again and it crashes before you can even get to the Main Menu. Please help!

have you tried waiting while it is loading the full screen? or does it just give you an instant error when loading?

Instant. I've already contacted Support but they haven't responded yet. And that was like yesterday.

Navigate to Blockland\config\client and delete the file called prefs.cs.
