| Steam isn't starting up. |

So whenever I try to run it it never works. It seems to be working in task manager but nothing happens. I'm using Windows XP |

> Go to steam folder in C:/Program Files/Steam > Delete everything except for common (or wherever your games are held) and steam.exe > Run steam.exe It should automatically update, and be brand new. Don't worry, your games and friends list will be saved (as long as you didn't delete the game folder) |
