Could someone revive this mod?

Exactly what the subject of the topic says, I want someone to revive the Stranded Gamemode so that it would be able to work with V21. I know that you may need to get permission from the creator but he hasn't been online since 2012, so it could turn out to be a problem if he doesn't have an alt. It's just a request it's fine if you won't be able to do it. I would do it myself but I have no idea how to code.
