It's not abusive if you disable the abusive commands. I use MSP, but the only enabled command is mute.

/sparta was probably the most abusive command other than /talkas. I don't know why people would use it.

If you think about it anything is abusive. Default bricks tools and vehicles can become abusive in the wrong hands. However, it's not fun to be rapid slapped by the host. Support.
