ok, so how many blocklanders can actualy run the shaders?

It all depends on your graphics card.
Depending on the amount of bricks the server has, I can run max.
P.S. There are some Intel graphics card that run MAX. I use to use Intel and shaders worked fine, however the frame rate was really low.
If your Intel graphics card doesn't support shaders, that just means it's not one of the better ones that Intel sells. However, they cost a lot but still have a crappy frame rate.

i use the windows key to get to the desktop while im fullscreen
