Darts and dartboard

As the title says I'd like a dart and dartboard addon, I was going to make one myself but I have limited coding knowledge and will more the less mess something up.

I'd like the Dart to stick to the board, like an arrow would. As for damage it could take 1-2HP upon hitting someone.
Also the board should be about 3x3.

If someone can make this please, that'd be great.
