Emitter, Light, and Music brick limit

Ceist:

a server-sided mod the can be toggled, that allows whether or not normal players can use emitters, lights or music bricks, and if so, have a limit to how many. it should also be able to control certain players permissions on the use of emitters, lights, and music bricks.

this would be a great mod that could control the server so it doesn't spiral out of control into a mess.

it's able to be toggled and there can be limits and can be set to be user-specific, it's really not a bad idea at all.
