What's your Favorite Minecraft Update?

Just post the Minecraft version/update, and what features of that version are your favorite! I would start out, but I haven't been on minecraft for that long. (I've only been there for 2 updates)

Beta Minecraft has proven to have cool updates, but the Redstone Update in 1.5, imo, outshines most of them.
