default fov mod? already created somewhere, search the forums.
default height control sounds horrid, everyone would be tiny. (if that's what you mean.)
voice chat?! no. PLEASE no. you'd just hear people bitching about how they died or just whiny kids like call of duty.
a better mini-game system? i can agree, it's needed.

height control is for vehicles, it's used for things like helicopters
your complaint about voice chat is a non-issue
