Prevent people from building certain types of bricks?

I would like to know if somebody's made a script (or if it's possible) that prevents people from building certain types of bricks, but does not delete them from your add-ons (ex: when you load a save with 1by1by5s, even though the script prevents people from building that type of brick, that brick can still load). I want to make an arena where people can build to prevent suicidal/exploding bots from getting through, but if they can plant massive bricks, the explosions can't take out those bricks, and I don't want somebody monitoring the players 24/7 yelling "no 4x cubes!"

Would be pretty easy to make.
What would the restriction apply to? Everyone, just non-admins (if so, super-admin exclusive?), everyone except host, all that aren't on a list?
