Users freeze on File Manifest when trying to connect to my server.

I've read up and I haven't really found a fix, but while Adam was trying to join my server it kept freezing on File Manifest.
A lot of other users kept rejoining, so I am assuming they are having the same problem.
Is this fixable? I'm pinning it on my computer, since every time I try to upload something the upload freezes/doesnt do anything at all, which is batstuff annoying.

Try deleting the latestManifest.dat file in your Blockland folder.
