Can I run Battlefield 3?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920@2.67 (8CPUs), ~2.7GHz
Memory 8192MB RAM
Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 5450
I want to get Battlefield 3, and I want to see if my computer can handle it smoothly on Medium. I want to run it smoothly on Medium atleast, and if I can't run it, what do I need to upgrade to so I can run it on Medium?

Terrible website. Does not compute real world performance, only the technical specs of the card.
Anyways, upgrade your graphics card and you should be good. I don't think a $30 graphics card can run on medium well. It might run on low.

What is the price range I'm looking at here? If you could provide a specific model that would be great. Thanks anyway, though.

It says I can't run Sonic DX or Heroes but I can on max with no graphics card.
