I have slightly better specs than yours, but i can't even run Blockland that well. If you find a solution, hit me up.

I'm working on getting enough money to buy a new PC, $200 for a full PC set (monitor and all)

I lag a little sometimes but best bet is just to lower settings, I put most my stuff on low to make it work.
