It shifts between 90KBps and 300KBps. Speedtest.net averages out my download speed at about 156KBps.
I don't recommend Verizon.

i dont trust speedtest lol
i wish there were like 5 major similar sites i could check. but even then, my provider comcast may just boost me to those websites.
