Help With Player Light

For some reason, when ever I hit the Light button to activate my light, it will not work, I've tried everything, from re-installing to binding new keys, and it's just really getting on my nerves... Can someone help?

with or without keeping old addons
if you're keeping the same faulty addon, it's going to break the same light function
