Every third time or so I have to reenter my key when I start up blockland. Help?

Try to reinstall Blockland.
If not, someone stole your key/you gave the key to someone.

i checked the key thing with badspot
it wasnt stolen/used
same ip for the last 7 months

reinstalling seems a little much.
i have a custom dir for blockland, could that have to do with it?

that's probably the problem, you probably need to reinstall Blockland.
Install it in THIS directory:
C:/
if it's anywhere else it might do that

I've had installations on different drives, different directories, etc. and this never happened.

I think this is a common issue, however I don't remember the solution. Make sure key.dat isn't read-only. You may also want to search if you haven't already.
