How do I make a Speedkart map?

I have like, BRICKS for it like the ModTer bricks and other stuff, so HOW do I make one?

This may also be helpful, a Gamemode made by Crispy_ that includes tools and stuff to help with building (Duplicator, Fillcan, and WaterFX).
