aerox already exists as an oxygen system company and a scooter.
idk but you "country" could be sued

I hope that you know that constitutions are plans of government, not "You may do this".

That law doesn't make sense, I planned to remove it a month ago. Why is it still there?

No, real...I already have land, a government, a sustainable economy, and a sustainable population! All we have on our checklist is to get a seat in the UN, get attention by others (possibly gain support by that), get the project of the island done, and get the ASPA (Aeronian Space Program Agency) completed!

How old are you?

idk but you "country" could be sued

How can they sue the nation of Aerox? Company VS. Nation = Company is Dead

We can't find unclaimed solid land other than Antarctica!

You could either

1) Build an "island" (Like Sealand)
2) Buy land from a country

Both probably would cost billions and are near impossible.

Because twelve year olds aren't proficient in website maintenance, much less imaginary island maintenance.

... not really, no

countries are not automatically higher on the chain of command then companies. in some cases the exact opposite is true

and besides that i understand this is basically just youth happening but there are way better reasons to make a country then 'because i can' and for that reason alone it's probably more healthy to go do something else. i mean managing a stuff-ton of people is not healthy for anyone, but bringing that upon yourself for no reason is asinine

Why waste a petty $10? With such little money I can buy few things, but I don't care about the loving URL.
What you're wanting to do here could cost BILLIONS of dollars.
If you can't even cough up 10 bucks for a decent sounding web address, then. Well. I see no reason why you shouldn't succeed.

1) That is one of my country's projects!
2) Already done, but I don't care to make it independant

True...I am tired of idiots yelling at me for my ideas and project I already have half completed. I just need land and I need to declare independence! Many people are stuck into their "natural" society, where as I want to get the hell out of any large states and go to a smaller micronation.

My younger brother messes with my computer, I even caught him trying to delete my System_32 folder.

I am Johnathan vi Atsina, and I challenge your claim to the seas! Atsina will rule the seas, along with our trusted ally Converestia. I will rule the seas, and he the land! Atsina forever!

Ahem, who needs money for such projects like this? I have planned to take a small piece of land of Antarctica.

Stop the loving roleplaying. And why did you use the flag of Lithuania as your "national" flag?
